Havana,  nov 10. The Cuban population welcomes with enthusiasm the preparatory process of the VI Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC), and  is evidenced in the quick acquisition of the project of Limits of the Economic and Social Politics conceived for that appointment. 

Granma newspaper informs that in the morning of on Tuesday, the post offices and the press desks had sold already more than a hundred thousand copies of that document that will be debated by the whole town. 

The General of Army Raúl Castro, president of the advice of State and of Secretaries,  gave to know on last Monday that the Political Desk of the PCC agreed to summon the VI Congress for the second pay period of the month of April of next year, with an only topic, the economic battle of the country. 

Granma exposes today approaches about the preparations of that meeting expressed by people of diverse sectors of the society, among these the doctor José Rubiera, boss of the Center of Presage of the Institute of Meteorology. 

This specialist manifested: “… another time the town will be the great main character when contributing his opinions and suggestions, participating in an active way in the search of solutions to the problems; a sample more than our genuine socialist democracy." 

On the other hand, Lázaro Hernández, of the Cooperative of Agricultural Production Antonio Maceo, of Bejucal, pointed out the opportunity that offers to discuss something that plays him closely, the agroindustrial politics, because,  specified: "A lot of subtraction to make in the use of the lands, the production and the use of the resources".
