GUADALAJARA, Cuba, Oct 27 Cuban Dayron Robles forecasted he will break the Pan American record in the 110 meter hurdles final, after leading the qualifiers with a 13.22 second time.

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Oct 26 Cuban Noleysis Vicet won on Wednesday the bronze medal in the hammer finals of the 16th Pan-American Games.  Gold and silver were for the United States.

GUADALAJARA, Mexico, Oct 26 Cuban Javier Vanega contributed on Wednesday the fourth gold medal to his country’s delegation, after winning in the 94 kilogram division during the weightlifting competition of the 16th Pan-American Games.

HAVANA, Cuba, Oct 25 Cuban track and field athletes collected three titles on Monday and catapulted the Caribbean nation to the third spot of the medal standings of the 16th Pan American Games that are under way in the Mexican city of Guadalajara.
