Camagüey, 26 may. The University of Camagüey (UC) Ignacio Agramonte, invested today as Doctor Honoris Causa of the center to the master Manuel Sandoval Delgado, of the Autonomous University of Puebla (BUAP), Mexico.

The guarantee of award highlights the career of the honoree, exdecano School of Architecture and principal promoter BUAP by the foreign party, the collaboration between the two institutions.

Currently works director of the campus, the architect Sandoval recalled in his acceptance speech the outstanding bilateral benefits gestated for about 20 years of relations.

Dr. Santiago Lajes, chancellor of UC, gave the attributes of recognition at a ceremony at the base of the monument in the Plaza of the Revolution Major General Ignacio Agramonte.

Among those present were, besides, Isabel Gonzalez, vice president of People's Power Provincial Assembly, and members of delegations to the twenty students and teachers find that the two countries held in Camaguey.
